(a) 2 days AIBP Conference & Exhibition (Up to 3 Delegates), where companies can: 

  • Showcase company's services and products in the SG Pavilion (with a 6sqm booth)

  • Understand the potential of a local market via networking with potential channel partners and end clients

  • Test the local market on its acceptance of products/services, and gather feedback from local industry

  • Connect with enterprise customers to learn about their upcoming priorities and explore alignment/ interest for technology

(b) 1 day’s market education and business matchmaking where the companies can:

  • Hear from local government agencies to understand and gain insights relevant to help the companies expansion into the local market

  • Connect with local technology partners to scale their partnerships

(c) Marketing activities:

  • Logo inclusion at the Conference & Exhibition collateral

  • Feature of the company's case studies in emailers to AIBP database of local market prospects and paid digital marketing campaigns

(d) Leads:

  • Customised introductions to potential local customers

  • 50 customised leads of potential customers who they did not manage to meet at the event (name, job title, company, email address and phone number)

  • Minimum five introductory meetings throughout the 3 days

  • (Without LEAD Grant): S$15,587.00

Non-Members  

  • (With LEAD Grant*): S$5,668.00

  • (Without LEAD Grant): S$16,350.00


Fees above are inclusive of GST. 
*Subject to company's eligibility for LEAD Grant supported by ESG. 
Registration is on a first come first served basis and closes once all seats are taken up. 

To qualify for LEAD Trade Fairs and Business Missions support, companies must have at least 30% local shareholdings, be incorporated / registered and based in Singapore, and must have at least 3 of the following core business functions / activities operated from Singapore:

  • Market development and planning

  • Logistics and shipping management

  • Research, development and design functions

  • Manufacturing and other value-added activity

  • Business and investment planning

  • Banking, financial and treasury functions

A Showcase of Enterprise Innovation and Technology

Each session within AIBP C&E is curated for a specific audience, who are invited to attend based on inputs by our local stakeholders. Total attendance is capped at 600 over two days, which gives sufficient space for networking and discussions. At the same time, the number of exhibiting companies and sponsors are also capped to allow for an optimal mix of participants. Local enterprises and government agencies form >70% of our attendees and we design the programs for them.

Each conference will have an over arching theme which will be broken down into 6-8 sessions across the two day Conference & Exhibition:

  1. General sessions which discuss technology types and updates from local government agencies around local roadmaps

  2. Industry specific sessions, with presentations from local enterprises, governing bodies, technology solution providers and international case studies

Private Workshops & Networking Sessions

Several breakouts, in the form of private workshops and networking sessions, will also be conducted to provide a more in-depth discussion of a specific topic/technology

  • 2-3 hour technical workshops

  • Hour-long private networking session to be hosted during a meal break at the conference

  • Pre-arranged one-on-one meetings onsite to establish relationships with partners and clients
