The nation faces an alarming average of 5 billion cyberattacks daily, compelling organizations to defend against sophisticated phishing scams, ransomware, and vulnerabilities within cloud environments. Ranking 53rd out of 194 countries in the 2024 United Nations Global Cybersecurity Index, the Philippines shows improvement but still needs further development.
