How to nominate?

Step 2
Prepare your nominations
Gather detailed information about the digital transformation project, including objectives, strategies, technologies used, and outcomes.

Fill out Nomination Form
Fill in all the required fields with accurate and comprehensive information about the project and organisation.
The form is accessible in the next section of this page.
Step 4
Review and Submit
Carefully review your nomination to ensure all information is correct and complete.
Submit your nomination by clicking the 'Submit' button at the end of the form.
Step 5
Confirmation
After submission, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your nomination.
Keep an eye on your email for any further communications regarding the status of your nomination.

Providing Recognition to Enterprise Innovation Since 2017
Inaugural awards were held in 2017
Every year since, two enterprises have been awarded annually in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines & Vietnam
An independent group of judges are formed for the award for each country
Finalists are selected to present their projects, from which the judges will select winners
Prizes include flights and accommodation expenses to attend regional Innovation focused events
Awards are funded completely by AIBP and there are no costs to nominate projects

Guidelines
Nomination is free of charge
There will be 2 Award Winners per Country, 1 award in each category.
Each company can nominate up to a maximum of 2 projects; 1 for each Category:
Data : Recognising projects in Data and Artificial Intelligence-driven Digital Transformation.
General : Acknowledging all other types of Digital Transformation projects
Written nominations and when applicable, a presentation for Finalists will be evaluated and ranked by a country judging committee.
The judging committee comprises of representatives from local government agencies and technology solution providers with knowledge of local digital transformation projects.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an award:
The firm must be based in the country of nomination and the project was implemented in the country of nomination
The project was launched, in part or in full within the last 12 calendar months of the nomination date,
OR
The project was launched more than 12 calendar months preceding the nomination date and had recent innovations to improve the product/service/project
Category Criterias
Data & AI Category:
Data, Artificial Intelligence Type Digital Transformation Projects
Projects submitted under this category should have data as the primary driver and foundation for digital transformation efforts. Data analysis, data-driven decision-making, and substantial utilization of Artificial Intelligence or advanced analytics should be central to the project's success.
Projects in this category could include (but not limited to):
Building a data-driven recommendation engine for an online streaming service.
Implementing an AI-powered fraud detection system in the financial sector.
Developing a predictive maintenance solution for manufacturing using IoT
and data analytics.
General Category:
All Other Digital Transformation Projects
Projects in this category encompass a wide range of digital transformation initiatives that may incorporate data analysis but do not primarily revolve around it. Data analysis can be a part of the project, but it is not the primary driver or the core focus.
Projects in this category could include:
Automating business processes through robotic process automation (RPA)
Implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer interactions, even if it involves some data management.
Reimagining Business Models:
Transforming traditional business models to adapt to the digital age, such as transitioning from brick-and-mortar retail to online sales.
